I
owe the success of my business to the love and support of my family
and friends.
I
have enjoyed a successful full-time career with Top Line Creations
(TLC) since March 2004.
In
college I never dreamed that I could (or would) make a living in
direct sales - or have five children for that matter!
I worked in "Corporate
America" for a while and found myself stagnating in the contraints
of M-F 9-5. My boss could see it as well, and he used to tell me,
"You
have to find your bliss. Figure out what it is, and then figure
out how to make money at it, and you will be successful."
I have pursued
photography as a hobby since receiving my first camera at age 10.
When I discovered "modern scrapbooking" in 1997, it transformed
my life. I became obsessed with my hobby which was at the time unheard
of in the Southeast. I collected supplies and recruited my friends
to take up my hobby. I
knew I had found my "bliss" but it took a few more years
to figure out how to make money doing it.
This is where
TLC comes in! I never imagined that I would be good at direct sales
or being my own boss, but it turns out that I am a GREAT entrepreneur!
I work SO much harder for myself than I ever have for anyone else.
It helps that I am passionate about the products we sell and
the opportunities we offer.
During my years
with TLC I have earned numerous incentives including cars, trips,
and gadgets. At our conventions I have received numerous awards
for selling, sponsoring others, and team growth. Last year I served
on TLC's Executive Council, and currently I am an active Team Leader.

In
2005, I was selected by the DSWA (Direct Selling Women's Alliance)
to be a contributing author in Build It Big 2. The book features
dozens of industry leaders sharing tips for success in home
based businesses. My article is my specialty: supporting long-distance
teams through the internet!
I happen
to have a few copies of the original Build It Big as well
as More Build It Big, and would be happy to send them to you
for $15 + s/h, just click here:

I
love working from home and being my own boss. I
am here for the kids when they need me (all five of them!!)
and I get to make my own decisions about my day. I can schedule
convenient morning appointments, do my Christmas shopping
on Tuesday mornings when the stores are less crowded, pick
up a sick child at a moment's notice, and work in the afternoons
while the kids do homework and play in the background.
One
of the unexpected benefits of my business is friendship. I
have made so many life-friends through my business whom I
never would have met otherwise. These women have truly enriched
my life with their friendships, and often inspire me to better
things.
I
feel like the luckiest woman alive,
because I have it all. I have my family, I have a hobby
which I am passionate about, and I have a career that I
love - and it all fits together beautifully.
If you
look around my website, you will see that I have several business
ventures going - Scrapbook Girl, KidzWorxx, Steel My Heart,
and various side items. I am always looking for ways to expand
my business and offer well-rounded services to my customers
(as well as get a discount for myself, of course!).
This is one of the best things about TLC: we offer the flexibility
to build your own business however you see fit. For this reason
and many others, TLC remains my primary business and source
of income.

I
remain an avid scrapbooker, and I love using TLC products
in our family albums. Our page kits are beautiful and
they save me time - which I need desperately when scrapping
a family of 7! Our digital products and services have allowed
me to create wonderful gifts for my family members in a fraction
of the time. And it's always a good thing to get product at
a discount!
I
love helping others start their own home-based business
and work toward the same level of success I have achieved.
Yes, it takes work to be successful in a home-based business,
but it's work you love, and it's on your terms. Please
call or e-mail me today if you would like to give TLC a try!
